EQUIPMENT LIST

1.Student Identity card
2.Track pants
3.Civilian clothing, pyjamas, inner clothing
4.Sports/PT attire, sliipers, track/canvas shoes and socks
5.T-Shirts (at least 3)
6.Toiletries and towel
7.Small torchlight and extra batteries
8.Water bottle with mug
9.Insect repellant
10.Sunscreen
11.Writing materials
12.Medicine ( if you need to take regularly)
13.Musical instruments, games (optional)
14.Wind breaker (optional)


REMINDER
1. Participants are advised not to bring vaulables (e.g jewellery, etc) and expensive items ( camera, camera handphones, palmtops, etc.) for the camp.

it's me again. hahas.
don't say i talking cork arh. hahas. (x
as sergeant sheng cao had mentioned,
one hour of PT at PT ground after school
is advisable to train ourselves up so..
who wants PT after school but only after EOY?
you all want before also can but don't directly before larh.
but the PT won't be so simple like only at PT ground de.
hahas. then if you want to train at home right,
here are some tips which i do.
honestly i not hiong as alvin so you want
hiong de you can ask him or view his blog larh.
hahas.


you all maybe can do
30 normal, 30 diamond then 30 spider, follow by 10 normal.
these sum up to become 100 pumpings,
and is counted as one set. advise to do
2 pumpings at a time. hahas. so maybe one
day you can do like 2-5 sets? hahas.
don't really need to focus too much on diamond
because if you all do these exercise for a
long period of time, diamond should be quite easy.
but if you want to focus on diamond, it's alrights.
hahas. then maybe you all can include crutches
into your exercise routine. just take things
slowly at a time. hahas. for those who wants
to grow taller like me, do skipping, probably
100 counts at first then slowly increase.
it can also train your stamina. hahas.


but now studies come first.
so work hard. hahas. take things
slowly at a time. slowly enjoy
the result. hahas. trust me,
there will be result de. hahas.
just persevere. we will survive
part B camp de, have faith in
yourself and your platoon mates.

alrights Part B.
you all may know that sometimes
we will get scolded if some do diamond while
others do normal during training but well,
permission is granted by sir Zhi Yong. (:
we are allowed to carry out normal if we
can't take it and reason, sir Zhi Yong said so.
hahas. i don't know if it is appropriate to tell you
all here but if next time we get scolded just
say out the reason. hahas.


alrights, i shall ask again.

or half an hour after school do PT but
ONLY after the EOY? hahas.

Ok Part B,
got sumtin to clarify regarding a command...

the command "pandan" means the green colour sweet smelling leaf
whereas the command "pandang" means look...

most of the time we give the command pandan kehadapan(hope spelling correct)
However the correct pronounciation should be pandang(pan-dang), so next time if u ic then u giving command, use "pandang" instead of "pandan"

alrights, let me teach you all
some tips;


STEP 1


Apply water over your boots and rub it constantly throughout
STEP 2: Dip your cloth with abit of kiwi, not too much, then follow by dipping into a little of water and polish constantly throughout
STEP 3: Apply only water for a few times and polish it constantly throughout


REPEAT STEP 2 and 3 for about 5 times, or personal preference.


and there is such methods as
SCRAPPING
and BURNING
but you can only use them if
your boots have been polished like
one month time and the methods
above may harm your boots.
so do it at your own risk. hahas.
if you want know more come ask me. hahas.


but let me tell you all even the world shiniest
boots will turn blur under the hot sun
so be prepared to see your boots not
shine after the parade tomorrow. hahas.
and the only way to make it shine is
you polish normal at first and you wait like
a few hours or maybe one day later then you
polish a thin layer over it. this will prevent
your boots from turning blur according to
sir Wen Yong. hahas.


so have fun tomorrow. remember what
sir Zhi Yong said. show others cca what
is NCC made of. hahas.

by the way those who come for
4 pratices or more will not be out

hello....

its currently less than 24 hrs be4 the run...
hahaz...
everyone comfirm damn nervous...

jus wanna add on to darren's post..
more advice ( hope not too late)

1. jus like the milkrun...try to buy bananas and have 1 or 2 for breakfast tommorow...
(cos easy to digest and gives lots of energy)
2. Dun eat anything spicy or curry...hahaz no nid sae more
3.when running... try to keep a rhythm in ur head and not keep varying ur step timing
4.drink lots of water the day be4...O.o which happens to be today...
5.make sure you get plenty of rest...

Lastly, RELAX!!! mus keep composure so that you will not over stress yourself...
after all, as long as you try your best...
it is not very hard to get A

Remember, A first... then position :)

i noe its juz round the corner, juz giv u sum gd tips
dun really nid to train one.
ok, here it goes......!
1) target someone at the start, follow him all the way.
2)while running, keep ur mind sumwhere else(dun tink bout tiredness)
3)try looking in front. When u overtake ppl, u will feel happy and ur morale will be so high that u dun feel tired
4)dun ever think about stopping! onced stopped, considered dead.
5)drink only a sip of water
6)think of me. (haha:))
