ya. today have run but i never run.
took care of bags and "playing soccer".
feeling slack.
but have abit regret.haha.

Hello everyone,
Today, finally had PART B RUN!!
YEAH!!
Rather successful, althought we were to start the run at 8,
we started at 0830.
But never mind, since this is our first time.
Practice makes prefect.
Which means there will still be more runs
Attendance wise was ok.
Like we said, it's not complusory, but HIGHLY recommended.
It's not like the normal training.
More of a fun run, to draw us closer,
And to make us fitter.
..
ok lah, shall not say anymore.
Just hope that more people would join the run.

so we can have part B run 2mr...
so those wanna go for run... meet at the place we usually do warm-up...

people plz try to go for thy run... not compulsary though...

hello=) lol.. 2day 13 of us went out to TM... lol... so little people =( less than half of part b... sad sia... plz try to attend part b outing more... its like we all have training only once a week and we dont really get to know each other much.. anyway today we didnt get to run cause its like raining in the morning but stopped soon =.=... lol... and now dunno when will we be able to have a part b only run again... so try to attend all these part b outings k? so if next sat dun have company run, and we have a part b only run, plz try to come so that we can like know each other more and try to help u if u have problems... thx... oh ya... rmb to hand in ur mc/letter to staff wei sheng by monday.. and monday afternoon fall in at GO after school to check particulars..

ok i finally figured out the pass n user. changed the cbox dunno whether izit nice lol jus tell or chnage it again if u wanna. ok eh abt the run. it should be on sats unless you wanna run after school. but still will see how cause is zy doin the smsin cause my bill bao4 liao so yea...
